Project Description:
Client brief was to convert an existing Cattle shed into a luxury family barn conversion. The history of previous Planning applications was that they had been made, however, had all been refused even after appeal to the Secretary of State. We took this project on as we believed with the right design we could gain approval.
On our first submission for planning permission it was granted after numerous discussions with the Local Authority. With one of our major results being that we had secured first floor living bedroom accommodation that had again previously been refused allowing all bedroom accommodation to located on the first floor and provide great family living space on the ground floor. We then gain Building Regulation approval for our client, and as I client’s was intending to convert this building as a self-build we worked closely with our client overseeing the construction process. |
