SDA provide a detailed design service and preparation of construction drawings suitable for submission
to the local authority or ‘approved inspectiors’ under the Building Regulations, for both private clients and
commercial developers.

SDA submit applications on a on regular basis with a number of local authorities in respect of Building
Regulation Applications and liaise with inspectors during the build, including:

City Council; Manchester City Council; Halton Borough Council;Cotswold District Council; Stratford On

Subject to the agreed services SDA can provide Building Regulation drawings, associated schedules and
specification of works to fully detailed constructions drawings and production information drawings.
