One of our strongest areas of our current services includes taking on the role of our client’s architectural department. Typically our clients include Management Companies, Private and Commercial Developers, Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers & Estate Agents, who have a requirement for architectural services but do not want to approach one of the large multi discipline architectural companies and the large percentage based fees that come with it.

Our current commercial clients want a dedicated, committed Architectural support team behind them who can help deliver their project at a sensible cost.

Our service can range from simple measured surveys to full design and tender packages. This ad-hoc architectural service is proving very popular, especially in today’s financial climate and has enabled our clients to diversify into projects that they would not normally be involved with, either due to lack of manpower, time, experience or financial output.

We offer an in-house technical design service by experienced Architectural technologists and technicians that our clients can use at their leisure yet provides the high level of work quality that a client would expect from their own staff.

Having served as Agency technicians in the past, we have first-hand experience of how expensive this route can be. We have found employers have been often frustrated at the lack of access to the staff that would actually carry out your work for you, without paying agency fees to a middleman with no actual role to play in delivering your project.

We can produce all our clients work on their drawing sheets to maintain a consistent brand image or we can use our own, all to client preference. In fact we have actually created most of our clients own drawing sheets to complement their brand as part of our service.
