Travel along the B5238 to Wigan for 4 miles until you reach the traffic lights. Here you'll see the ‘Earl of Balcarras’ pub on the right hand side. Take a right, and then continue to the traffics lights sign posted Wigan Town Centre keep in the right hand lane to the next set of traffic lights. Here you’ll see on your right the Riley’s Snooker & Pool Bar, keep in the left hand land at the lights on A49/River Way continue through the first set of lights, take the left hand lane onto Harrogate Street, keep in the right hand lane heading towards Wigan Town Centre, go through a set of traffic lights then cross over the dual carriageway on Darlington Street, continue up King Street, at the traffic lights turn right and immediate left onto King Street West, take first right turn on to Crawford Street continue to the top onto BISHOPGATE we are on the corner no: 4 - First Floor.

Exit the M6 at Junction 25 exit onto the A49/Warrington Road heading towards Wigan, take the first exit at the first roundabout, at the second roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue on the A49/Warrington Road, continue 1.3 miles until you arrive at the Saddle Junction continue straight across following signs to Wigan Town Centre on the A49/Wallgate, follow 0.7 miles, then at the traffic lights adjacent Speedy Hire stay in the left hand lane and continue under the Railway Arches onto King Street, at the next set of traffic lights turn right on to Crawford Street continue to the top onto BISHOPGATE we are on the corner no: 4 - First Floor.
