Project Description:
Our scope of works at 16 Crestfield Road was to extend the existing property to include a living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Our client was disabled and elderly therefore our design needed to flow from room to room with minimal effect. We developed a wrap round extension with vaulted ceiling to provide an airy and spacious environment, we decided to limited the internal walls and thresholds within the design to limit the need to open and close doors and reduce trip hazards.
All velux’s skylights, electrics, internal lights, fire, TV, where all designed to be remote control to provide comfort and to provide our client with a useable and ease within the living environment. We have included some ‘As Built’ photographs of our design to highlight the level of design work and overall finish. This extension was built in association our sister construction company Plan-it Construction Ltd. |
