Project Description:
Our design brief was to create extra living space for our client we started by reviewing the current floor plan layouts of the property and discussing our client ideal wish list. We decided to convert the garage area into a master suite and create a loft conversion to produce to further bedrooms with ensuite and utility area.
We transformed the existing garage workshop area into a master bedroom suite with large exterior doors leading direct to the garden area, incorporated an ensuite area with separate dressing room and still left room for a utility area and single garage. On the first floor we designed a loft conversion with new access staircase and new bedroom with the loft area. To maintain adequate head height we needed alter the height of the existing ceiling and lower it to provide good space within the loft. |
