Our instruction was to maximise the potential of this existing redundant site, on completion of our feasibility study it was indentified that to maximise the site town houses would be the best design option and most suited to the site surroundings.
We produced 6 Mews styled townhouses over 3 floors creating modern, spacious living accommodation. In developing townhouses construction costs were significantly reduced from constructing 3 to 4 detached properties as all the ground works and shell construction could be carried out as one unit. During construction we also developed a 3D colour marketing presentation for potential buyers and estate agents to increase off-plan sales. Rawthorpe was in principal a very simple and successful development, which maximise our client’s investment return. |
