Choosing a new development – benefits
It’s all yours, and only yours.
Imagine wearing someone else’s shoes after they had got tired of them. And what if another person had worn them before that? And someone different before that? Chances are they’ll be tatty and in need of repair. So why consider living where somebody else has been first? It may be stating the obvious, but buying new means no one has ever lived in your home before. It’s all yours. No need to scrape off layers of wood chip wallpaper or tear up horrible carpets. No need to be concerned about what the previous owners had got up to indoors. Just a fantastic new home to enjoy, with all the security of a new build guarantee and all the innovation of latest construction techniques.
New homes for the contemporary lifestyle
Times have changed. so it’s no surprise that many old properties aren’t right for today’s lifestyles. With larger kitchens, open plan space and more luxurious bathrooms and en suites, most newly developed homes have been expertly designed for modern living in comfort.
No nasty surprises
Buy an old home and you could be shocked by electrical problems or have to splash out on repairing the plumbing. Every new home comes with a 10 year NHBC warranty, and peace of mind that they’ll be no extra expenses to worry about. Relax, and enjoy.
Saving the environment, saving money
New homes are much more eco friendly and up to four times more energy efficient than older properties. Our designs can incorporate the latest energy saving devices and insulation so you can be efficient with no extra effort. That means a smaller carbon footprint and smaller bills too.
High-tech spec
From state-of-the-art fitted kitchens and bathrooms to cutting edge facilities for home entertainment, new homes often come with the latest technology. Wiring’s one thing you won’t have to get tied up with.
Safe and sound
Featuring secure double glazed windows, fire resistant materials, circuit breakers and smoke alarms, new homes are much safer than old. So why risk your most treasured possessions – your loved ones? Modern locks and alarms mean lower insurance premiums and far greater peace of mind too.
Easy to maintain
Modern materials mean you won’t be worrying about woodworm or looking out for leaks. A new home comes with everything you need at the price you’ve agreed. Gamble on an old property and you could still be spending long after you’ve moved in.
Ready for living
No need to worry about surveys or upward chains. Buying a new home saves you all the stress and delays usually associated with moving. As soon as your new home’s completed, you can usually move straight in.
Your new home, just the way you want it
Buying new from a developer or architect means you get a great choice from a wide range of stylish homes. And in most cases, if you reserve before building is finished, you can personalise your new home before you move in. From carpets to curtains, tiling to paint colours, take your pick from a wide selection, and really make your home your own.
