Plans Drawn Service: What We Do…

1. Visit your property at a convenient date and time to carry-out a measured survey of your existing property.
2. Produce existing architectural plans covering floor plans, elevations and site location map.
3. Produce Ordnance Survey map outlining the proposed site and boundaries of the site.
4. Develop architectural designs covering proposed floor plans, elevations and site location maps for you to review via a design meeting arranged at our offices.
5. Finalise the plans and application based on the comments from the design meeting.
6. Produce a Design and Access statement to support the application submission.
7. Complete the planning application submission documents on behalf of you the client.
8. Submit the application on behalf of you the client to the Local Authority.
