We were recently commissioned to produce interior and exterior designs to fully redevelop a derelict farm house in Tarporley, Cheshire into a luxury 3 bedroom executive family home with detached double garage with office. The site location is within ’Greenbelt’ and is surrounded by farmland and far reaching views. The overall scheme was produced and is centred on symmetry and Georgian styling.

The interior layout is divided up into four distinct zones that include formal living and dining rooms to the front with study/library and family open plan kitchen areas to the rear. We designed a central feature staircase that provides a focal point on entry into the home.

The staircase is filled with natural light due to the inclusion of a full height feature landing window. On the first floor the rooms are equally sectioned into three bedrooms, two with ensuite, a family bathroom and secret dressing room.

The overall design creates a truly beautiful, luxury home that is full of architectural impact.
