We have been commissioned to provide architectural designs to redevelop and extend this traditional bungalow in Bury, Lancashire.

During our design meetings with our client we have decided to extend into the loft space creating two additional bedrooms and family bathroom, redesign the ground floor layout to include a new staircase with feature double height space, large formal dining room, additional ground floor bedroom with en-suite, study, utility.

We have included within the proposal a single storey extension to the rear to incorporate a new enlarged kitchen living space. The loft space has been increased with the inclusion of three dormer windows.

Our improvements will allow this unloved bungalow become a fabulous family home.
