We have recently been appointed to redesign an existing 1960′s detached bungalow in Lytham St. Anne’s. Our initial approach for the bungalow is to simplify the current floor plans and create more inviting and modern living environments. We intend to introduce large areas of glazing in specific interior spaces to create a light open feel to the property.

Our clients brief is to reinvent the bungalow with natural materials and bring it up to date with the inclusion of renewable energy sources. The finished property should be unique, contemporary and function perfectly with our clients modern living requirements.
