We have recently submitted for approval the redesign and extension to this existing traditional styled bungalow in Standish, Wigan, Lancashire. The new proposal creates 4 modern living spaces within the existing blue print of the property and two extensions one to the front and one to the rear to allow the new kitchen and living spaces to be light, modern and spacious.

Vaulted ceilings with feature skylights have been incorporated within the overall project to maximise natural daylight into the spaces and create the illusion of height and volume to the new home. The exterior has been designed to be fully in keeping to the existing surrounding homes within the area to maintain a relatively unchanged street scene for the existing residents.

The new design now creates 3 double bedrooms, study, master bedroom with en-suite, large kitchen dining space, formal living room and family bathroom allowing our clients the ability to grow into the new spaces as and when required.
