We have recently been commissioned to produce architectural drawing package for a large two storey rear extension and entrance porch at Chorley New Road, Bolton. The proposal will increase the existing family living room and create a larger kitchen area and utility room on first floor will allow the existing bedrooms to be made larger and produce a new master bedroom suite with en-suite shower room, large family bathroom and new en-suite to an existing bedroom.

The extension will be in keeping by using materials that exist on the current main property but will have a traditional interior that suits our clients taste. The house extension will include the removal of the existing rear external wall to allow a clear expansive new space to be developed. The use of vaulted ceilings and feature skylights will allow natural light into the proposed master bedroom space and family bathroom. The inclusion of a more in keeping traditional porch will increase the sense of arrival and overall appearance of the detached property from the street scene.
