We have recently been appointed to produce architectural drawing package for a large two storey side extension in Winstanley, Wigan. The proposal will increase the existing family living room and create a large study area and on first floor will allow the existing bedrooms to be made larger and produce a new master bedroom suite with en-suite shower room.

The extension will be in keeping by using materials that exist on the current main property but will have a modern interior that suits our clients taste. The extension will include the removal of the existing side external wall to allow a clear expansive new space to be developed. The use of new dormer windows will allow natural light into the proposed master bedroom space and create more usable space. We are currently designing a number of unique storage ideas to maximise the loft attic spaces.
