SDA Architecture has recently been instructed by Elite Builders Plan-it Construction Ltd to assist with this extensive renovation and modernisation of a large Edwardian 5 Bedroom home in Wigan town centre. Our role is to visit the property and produce new floor plans to create a traditional sympathetic family home. With the inclusion of creating a detailed schedule of works we have been appointed to produce interior designs for the entire property. Our role includes the coordination of the builders and finishes ready for the resale of this impression building in March 2012, with the solid deadline our project management will be pushed to the limits but as a experienced architectural design practice we are confident of achieving it on time and on budget to the highest quality.
