We were commissioned produce a design for a luxury bespoke property in Read, Lancashire that involved the demolition of an existing 1970’s large detached bungalow and provide our client with a high quality single family home that would bring a design quality to the site. Our client recognised that the site held great potential for a unique, modern, but yet original family home.

Our aim was to develop a building that achieved this and fully responded to the site and its context. Our vision for the project was one that fused contemporary, modern design interior design with strong traditional architecture, with the inclusion of high quality materials which would contribute to the surrounding area and properties.

We are currently providing on site assistance with this project and the development is scheduled to complete in November 2011, what this space for the finished photographs.
