The extension will be in keeping by using materials that exist on the current main property but will have a modern contemporary twist with large planar toughened glazed units inset into the roof profile creating a space that has clear design clarity that brings the outside space in, this design element will be complemented with crisp interior that suits our clients requirements. The extension will include the removal of the existing rear external wall to allow a clear expansive new space to be developed. The use of vaulted ceilings and feature glazing will allow natural light into the newly created living environment.  The conversion of the existing detached double garage into a family room with first floor home office, with direct link from the new modern extension.
