We have been commissioned to produce interior remodeling designs for our client, the sole purpose of our design input is to completely reconfigure the existing footprint and interior layouts to create better use of space and architectural function.

Our proposal includes reconfiguring the staircase location and design, which allows internal walls to be relocated increasing the existing kitchen and living dining room. New access has been incorporated to link to the garden from the new proposed kitchen area.

In creating the new ground floor plan it has allowed the smallest bedroom to be increased in proportion to the existing rooms, a new 2.1m feature landing window provides a delightful focal point during the transition from ground to first floor.
