Oakworth Meres Apartments is a new build luxurious professional apartment development, with modern a earthy design concept situated in West Yorkshire. During initial site meetings we discovered that an area of the site was an actual redundant graveyard, which made the site extremely sensitive in respect of the previous use.  After the site was cleared we produced an exciting new design scheme incorporating 12 luxury apartments with associated parking

Our Role:

SDA Architecture was firstly appointed to consult on the site and redevelop possibilities by producing a site detailed feasibility report. After this preliminary design stage we were appointed to produce an outline planning application scheme, which was used as basis for discussion with the Local Planning Authority, from this we produced a detailed planning design that is shown within the below gallery. We were also commissioned to produce a marketing presentation folder that was to be provided to local estate agents to begin marketing the apartments off plan.
