We have been instructed to extend a semi-detached executive home to create two further bedrooms and family playroom, the first floor design creates a luxury master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room, vaulted ceilings to create further architectural impact.

We have recently been instructed by Elite Builders Plan-it Construction Ltd to assist with extensively renovating a large Edwardian 5 Bedroom home in Wigan town centre. Our role is to visit the property and produce new floor plans to create a traditional sympathetic family home.

We have been appointed to design first floor master bedroom extension to an existing new build property in Abram. Our brief is to create a larger master bedroom for our clients above the existing conservatory dining room space that was in keeping but had some architectural merit.
