We offer home and office appointments to suit our clients or you are more than welcome to visit us at the design studio in our dedicated Design Room showcasing our large collections of fabric and wallpaper books, paints, flooring and tiles. SDA Interiors specialise in residential property refurbishment, in both contemporary and traditional styles. Lead by the talented designer Heather Richards from planning through to completion, SDA provides a complete interior design and refurbishment service all under one roof, whatever the size or scale to suit individual private and commercial client requirements. From Concept to Completion this is how we work…..
Initial Consultation
We’ll meet to explore the project, to find out more about each other and to discuss the space, your requirements and budget. We are experienced in all styles and periods from contemporary to traditional, but we will be keen to know your likes and dislikes, by coordinating these results we will be able to create your ultimate space that matches your expectations and vision.
We will need to survey the space to be redesigned and may make some sketches and take photographs at this stage. Following the meeting we will send you a quotation for the work you would like us to undertake.
The Design Stage
Once you have approved our proposal and we have obtained a brief from you, we would then begin to explore the options for the project. We will make recommendations, select samples and produce mood boards to illustrate how it will all come together beautifully. We will then come and meet with you to present the options, discuss the next steps and finalise the design. Depending on the extent of the work, this stage may also include 2D and 3D visuals of the space to create a realistic impression of the proposed scheme.
Schedule of Works
Once all of the finishes have been decided, we will produce detailed information and schedules for contractors and tradesmen so that everyone knows what is happening.
Project Management
We will work for you or with you during the implementation stage of the project at whatever the level you require to ensure an outstanding outcome.
Straightforward. Simple. Easy. We believe in making the whole process as smooth and as enjoyable as possible, from start to finish.
In addition, we offer a ‘house doctor’ service where we will visit your home and offer advice on suitable changes to optimise it for sale or rental. We also offer an on-the-spot advice service for a fixed fee.
We are happy to work with your budget which can range from a one hour consultation at £55 or a complete interior design and fit out service.We will always deliver value for money and will offer honest and constructive advice on the practicality of your interior design ideas as well as giving you an idea of how best to utilise your budget.
