SDA offer both private and commercial clients a full design service, from initial concept design, submission of ‘Outline Planning Applications’ and ‘Full Planning Applications’.
SDA work with client on a number of project types including:

• Private house alterations, complete remodelling, & interior design

• Industrial buildings
• Change of use & certificate of lawfulness
SDA work closely with a number of Planning Consultants where specialist planning advice may be required, coordinating the design and submission of the application with the appropriate specialist planning input where required.
SDA work on regular basis with a number of local authorities in respect of Planning applications, which include:

SDA work closely with the local authority during the Planning and Building regulations stages of the project, through to the determination of the application.
If you have had a planning application refused SDA represents applicants at Planning Committee on request via our appeals service, we review you existing application prepare detailed evidence and reports, present your appeal directly to the Local Authority on your behalf.
